What is JCFAN? The Junior Chamber Family
AIDS Network is a nonprofit organization meeting the needs of children, youth and families affected by HIV/AIDS. It was begun
in 1994 by the U.S. Jaycees, and was formed to develop a national network of services addressing pediatric AIDS. The first
agency to affiliate in 1995 with JCFAN network (at the time, known as Jaycees Mission Inn Project) was Our Little Haven, in
St. Louis, Missouri. Today, it is a 501c(3) organization with the expanded mission and services that reflect the changing
needs of the HIV epidemic. The organization is truly committed to addressing needs based on a family - centered philosophy.

WHAT IS THE US JCI SENATE FOUNDATION? The
US JCI Senate Foundation operates a scholarship program. Each year, awards of $ 1,000.00 grants are made to graduating high
school seniors in the United States who plan to continue their education at accredited post-secondary colleges, universities
or vocational schools. The number of grants awarded annually will be at the discretion of the US JCI Senate Foundation and
must be used for educational expenses in the first year of full-time study. Checks awarded will be made out in the name of
the recipient and the educational institutional of their choice. The US JCI Senate Foundation is a fully qualified,
IRS approved 501(c) (3) corporation. Our IRS Tax ID Number is 38-2680101. All contributions to the US JCI Senate Foundation
are deductible for federal income and estate tax purposes. Additional information you may require about the US JCI Senate
